Do you know the leader in your area? Meet your local Operations Managers
Many of you may already know and work closely with our dedicated Operations Managers. For those who haven’t yet had the opportunity to connect with
them—and if you're responsible for the janitorial care of your facility—these are the outstanding individuals leading the charge. Wesley oversees our Muncie region, managing a large and diverse territory that spans from the east side of Indianapolis all the way north to Marion. With precision and reliability, he handles a broad scope of responsibilities and sets the tone for excellence in his area. In Kokomo, Shane leads operations in what is home to our largest client. He manages a team of over 100 Cleaning Specialists and provides exceptional service across Tipton, Frankfort, Kokomo, and Logansport. His leadership ensures consistent quality and operational strength across the region. Edoardo and Dionicio serve as our Indianapolis champions—covering the north and south divisions of the city. Both bring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a relentless focus on maintaining high service standards for our clients in Central Indiana. All four Operations Managers report directly to our Director of Operations, Cristino Bravo, who provides strategic oversight and ensures our field operations align with Office Pride’s commitment to excellence.

EXECUTIVE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Jason Hochstedler is a valued recent addition to the Office Pride family, joining the team to build and lead the first dedicated Sales Department for Office Pride of Greater Indy, Kokomo, and Muncie. With over 20 years of experience in sales, account management, marketing, and business development, Jason brings a strategic and forward-thinking approach to client engagement. He is highly driven by technology and innovation, aiming to make Office Pride’s services more accessible through user-friendly scheduling tools. His creative vision has also played a key role in the development of industry-specific pages, providing information tailored to the unique needs of each client. Under Jason’s leadership, prospective and customers can expect a seamless, and responsive experience.
EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS OVERSIGHT
Cristino Bravo is best described as an operational maven. With over 12 years of experience in commercial cleaning at Office Pride, Cristino brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a steady hand in leadership. As Director of Operations, he provides executive-level oversight to our territorial Operations Managers, ensuring that our operational strategy is executed consistently and that every customer’s voice is heard. In addition to overseeing day-to-day janitorial operations, Cristino also leads our Specialty Cleaning Division—ensuring excellence across both routine services and complex, project-based cleaning initiatives. His leadership is key to maintaining the high standards and accountability that define the Office Pride brand.
